a Final Fantasy with HDD went for over $250, I sold one a couple days before for $95. Sale seems legit since they left each other feedback. I always thought when bidding went out of control like this, the item never actually ended up being bought.

No, sometimes people actually pay for the items. In some cases it's simply bidders who bid on a number of copies and pay for the cheapest one or have buyer's remorse but not all the time.

Which is against the rules. 3 of my non-paying buyers have been banned. (cheer!) I'm sick of these idiots who bid but don't pay.
