Very, very few people even talk on that game.
If you thought it was quiet on Halo 2 with its subsequent lack of teamwork, coordination and resulting frustration COD 2 is like a monastary in comparison.
This is the worst game to judge your headset on. Everyone is a lone wolf. The same thing, to a lesser extent, is true of PDZ.

That was exactly what I needed to know Pittsburgh, that makes me feel better about the situation. Actually im still playing COD Finest Hour (from the original xbox) which I assume is the same situation. I will try it on another game I suppose. BTW, do you know if the 360 headset will plug into the original xbox communicator?

I think the headsets are interchageable. you can use the old headset on the 360 using the 360 adapter. so should work the other way around.

Make sure those b.s. family settings aren't on that don't allow you to talk to anyone not on your friends list, a lot of people have had a problem with that.

I tried it with NBA 2k6, headset works fine. I went into the family settings and it says that no child settings have been created. Should I create one to go into it and see what it does??

I've had numerous problems with the headset in this game. I had a friend in my game and we could not talk to each other...even standing right next to each, so it's not proximity. It seems like they dropped the ball on this too.
