Just a suggestion for future auctions, when you put the condition of the game as new or used in the information box before description, you shouldn't put new unless it is actually still sealed. The reason I say that is because people will just look at that box and bid without reading the description and then they can complain and say the item wasn't as listed. Of course they should read the description to see it was only used once but I used to not fill in that part and when I sold a sealed game, even though the title and description said the game was brand new and sealed, I would still get questions asking if the game was actually new or not because in that part I didn't select the new option.

You are bidding on a mint condition copy of Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix 3 for the Microsoft Xbox. The game was used only once and then went back on my shelf. It is so mint, that it is basically new minus the shrinkwrap. The game works fine, case looks perfect, instruction not even read before. Includes case, instructions and game disc. Happy Bidding
yea you really need to change those ads.... says new in the listing someone can get this game and then go complain to paypal ..... Paypal will side with the buyer. so you will be out a game + $$$
even if you touch a game after the wraper is off , the game is no longer new to many people.... I sold a Gamecube system package with Mario kart last Xmas (it was the xmas 2005 bundle) and all i did was take the 15 Nintendo cash out and The buyer threw a fit (already told them im taking the coupon) they said since you cracked the Packaging (opened the box) the item is considered USED...
might want to put USED Only once great shape or something instead of NEW

Where can I change that? I just realized that I put new. Sorry, I am just looking for help. I think I changed the Mario Kart one but how do I change this one.
Plus, I added a new sealed copy of Gallop Racer 2004 up. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8249335154

You can't change it once it has been bid on.
Also for your Gallop Racer auction, you should put the words new and/or sealed in the title of the auction so people looking for a new copy will see your listing when they type new into the search field along with the game name.

To get people to find your auctions better, you should always put the name of the system it is for in the auction title. For instance..
"NEW Gallop Racer 2004 PlayStation 2 PS2"
and whatever words you can fit in there to fill up the text limit. THis will help expand the searching.

If thats the case, he shouldnt be bidding on it. Auction states what you did. Also, it all depends on the bidder and if they want to be an arse about it. I usually dont have a problem.
