The shipping seems high, but it evens out when added to the price. I'm guessing that the seller didn't make very much money with this deal.

Winning bidder's cost: $415

Batman's cost: $324 for Core system, $108 for hard drive(both based on 8% sales tax) roughly $15 for Ebay fees and $15 for Paypal fees, and $35 dollars to ship it overnight with insurance. A total of: $497.

A net profit of -$82

The bidder got lucky because not many people were willing to bid high enough for this weird seller.
