That is pretty interesting. If you do a completed auction search on that seller you can see what a bunch of other Bam stuff went for. Somebody got a KILLER deal on Rake Yohn's long johns

Is this the same ex-gf that said he slept with Jessica Simpson?

Hm - I was always under the impression if the engagement went south then the young lady usually returned the ring :-s
Of course, this is a custom hand-crafted 10K + ring

And I don't find her very attractive from the pictures with the scrapbook either :-/
But nice way to pick up some $

I'm with you on that, but some hold that if the guy calls off the engagement the lady can keep the ring if she wants.

that would make sense too - I guess whoever doesn't call it off keeps the ring would be pretty fair

then again, sleeping around would probably negate Bam's rights to the ring also

In most states, if the ring is given as a gift for a birthday or Christmas, it is hers to keep no matter what. If the ring was given solely in contemplation as a promise to marriage then you get it back. Remember people, never cheap out and buy the ring just to avoid giving a gift.

Well.... that's probably a no at the end of the day. By arranging songs in a particular order to create a particular mood or convey a particular feeling you could argue that you have created an entirely new work of art but it's going to be viewed as a derivative work and a copyright violation. It's loosely analogous to rappers using samples in their songs - they have to pay royalties (and have permission from the original owner). However, will anyone take the time and effort to sue someone over selling a mix tape? Not likely so go sell those mix tapes!

I agree....

granted he is a famous skater and owns a part of a skateboard company....still... some of the stuff up for sale is total crap..... i didn't know he had such a strong fan base.

Thats a yes. I cant remember the radio station in PA that had the link saved from when she called in to tell them that Bam was bragging to her about him and knoxville knocking boots with jessica simpson and that bam's dad backed up that claim. Kinda funny to me.

I guess any claim he would make on the ring depends on what the PA laws are. 9 times outta 10 the ring usually goes back when theres no marriage to be had. Some feel that if he breaks up with her, she should be able to keep it etc etc etc.

Funny stuff but nothing worth my bids.

I think he's got his own station on Sirius now, too.
