If I trade in games for credit, but I don't spend any of it until they verify the games then do I still have to use a credit card? Is there anyway to get credit without using a credit card?

You must use a credit card, it's how they verify your address, infact had you read the simple Trade-in procedure you would know this by now.

I wouldnt reccomend using them. I sent in almost new games and they waited till I used my credit then charged me again because they said half of my games had scratches which was absolute BS. Then if I wanted those games back I had to pay shipping again etc ... I will never use them again.

eStarland has always treated me very well. I've traded things in there in the past and have had no problems. They do have a strict policy about the condition of games, which I appriciate, because it ensures that everything I buy from them will be close to mint. They rejected a couple of my games, but they charged me a resurfacing fee instead of sending them back, which is fine.
OP, if you wait until the items are verified, they won't charge your credit card when you order, and pay with the credit. But, you do need a card to verify your address before you trade in there, I believe.
