brower cache settings

what do you all have the cache settings at. A bunch of forums say to set it to zero and will no loner see the no memory warning. What is the cache used for on the psp anyway? Passwords, etc?

I have my cache set for 0 and I never get those errors since the update. The cache is similar to IE because it is used to hold the images and html to load faster.
