can't edit my gamertag

anybody else have this problem ??? i go on xbox.com to my gamer tag and all the options in my gamertag are grayed out and I can't change them.

Is there a setting on the actual xbox i need to change ?

Also I can' get the games i recently played to show up on my gamertag either...so if anyboyd has any insight .. .help me out !!!!

you need to change it on the 360 when you're logged in, open the guide and click on the gamercard, then there should be an option there..... it'll cost you 10 bucks.
