DDR Mario on sale at Sears, XBox 360 too

I was at Sears today and they had XBox 360 bundles for $400 and Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix on sale for $45. If you're loing for em, check it out!

Why was this moved to the dead deal graveyard? If Sears actually has DDR Mario in stock for $45 ($5 off retail on a game that's impossible to find at retail) and Xbox 360s in stock...seems like a legitimate deal.
