BB pricematch policy

I want to get SC PT and was wondering if I can pricematch CC price and then use the GGC. Thanks in advance. :)

From what I've read from people's past experiences technically no you cant because the coupon cant be combined with other offeres, including price matching, it is all based on the cashier. If they're a dick they probably won't but its worth a shot, but I have heard from other people that CC might match BB coupons

I've done it twice. Worked both times.

Look for the cashier that looks like he/she knows what she is doing. Then be cool about it and things will be fine. If all else fails? Lie. Say you've done it before without troubles.

in my experiences....

its worked for me at both best buys near me, the cooperative one and the stuck up bitchy one

but if it doesnt work...it would be hard to go to the next cashier and ask the same thing because you have to go through customer service for a price match (the cashiers are right next to each other at the desk)

ive learned to come back when "certain" employees aren't working

CC wouldn't match BB's GGC when i tried using it...o well, Soul Calibur 2 for $20 was still worth it :D

That's exactly what two other posters are talking about. One guy said it worked twice for him, and another guy said it depends on the cashier.

I've tried once - this was months ago and CC had halo for 19.99 - I tried to get it price-matched at BB and then use the GGC. They wouldn't take it.

Then I thought I'd at least get an extra dollar off because bestbuy guarantees 110% - but no they said that's only if you come back after the purchase - it didn't make any sense but I didn't argue.

Anyways I think it's pretty much YMMV on whether your bestbuy will pricematch and take the GGC.

That's exactly what two other posters are talking about. One guy said it worked twice for him, and another guy said it depends on the cashier. I know about them. I'm talking about the people who had just posted.

Now I'm sure that I won't get this game at least til Friday. Does the CC deal on SC PT go until Fri, Sat, or Sun?

I've gotten CC to accept BB's GGC on several occasions. It has never been an issue. Getting BB to pricematch then take the GGC is another story. Nada.
