King Kong Glitch at Airplane?

Using God Mode and 999 Ammunition cheats, I get to the plane with Jimmy, but he won't get on. He stands on the wooden bridge closest to the plane, but won't do anything. When I go to the plane and try to talk to Jimmy, he says he's too far away. I waited several minutes for him to move or something, but he didn't. Is there something I need to do or not do to get him on the plane?

I didn't use any cheats, but I encountered the same problem. Just reload the level and do it again and it should work.
