what should i do? the manual says that i shouldnt use a converter...here is the exact wording:

Do not connect the AC power cord to a voltage transformer or inverter. Connecting the AC power cord to a voltage transformer for overseas travel or an inverter for use in an automobile may cause heat to build up in the AC adaptor and may cause burns or a malfunction.

what should i do?? the plug isn't like the ones in the u.s and it's 230 V...

thanks

oh yea, if i bought a U.S. ac adaptor, would it work with my japanese psp? i wasn't sure if there would be a problem if i used a U.S. AC adaptor to charge up my japanese PSP...didn't know if the psp was "set" to accept a specific type of AC adaptor

thanks

EDIT: nvm...i just used a normal U.S. ac adaptor and figured out that there is that thing that changes teh volts to 5 v so the psp can accept it...so you can use any AC adaptor
