I am a cheap ass. I came here months ago thinking that I would save money on games (which I have). The problem is, I spend 10X the amount of money on games now then I did before coming here. I see a deal and jump on it afraid I'll never get that game (which I never REALLY wanted in theefirst place)at that price again. Result: I am broke and have more games then I can play in a lifetime.
It is a conspiracy :wink:
can anyone else relate?

I can definately relate. I've got a backlog right now of about 10 games I haven't even opened yet.

The problem is, I spend 10X the amount of money on games now then I did before coming here.
I've always bought games cheap, but before coming here, most of the games I got cheap were older used titles. I still have the same big backlog of titles to play through today that I did back then, but today, many of the games in my "to be played" pile are new. Unfortunately even at CAG prices, cheap new games are often more expensive than cheap used games.
On the plus side, I picked up many recent releases at reasonable (for new games) prices, but had I waited to find them used and cheap a year or two from now, I would probably have spent considerably less cash.

I have bought over 1k in games and merchandise since I joined here. But I resell a good portion of them now so it's not so bad.

Seeing as I'm unemployed and incredibly unlucky, and therefore miss out on most of the deals...no, I can't relate. :)
I know that I got Wario Ware thanks to the site. I know that there's another game or two, but I can't think of them at the moment...
In any case, I've only gotten three or four games from CAG. I just hang out here, talking to people and hoping I get lucky. :D
