Horrible. Samsung slimfits are pretty much the worst HDTVs you can buy, especially one that isnt widescreen.
This is a much better set if you want to stay within the same price range.

I 2nd the Philips. Great TV for the money IMO.

Yes, the slimfits are notorious for having bad geomery and overglow problems.. I made a mistake of buying one for $850, and already had a technicitan come out and replace the deflection board (Mobo type thing that is connected to green, blue, and red wires) and it still looks bad!
If this happens again I will demand them to replace this thing.. I cannot lug a 120lb+ tv by myself, I am on disability.
