I saw this in another thread, possibly the official AC thread, and signed up at Nookbay. That was before all of the hacking was exposed. I'm not taking a chance at buying a hacked item or having some moron jack up my town when we meet up to make the deal.
There is nothing stopping you from creating multiple accounts on this site so hackers could possibly run rampant, just creating a new account once they screw someone over.
They need a really good feedback system and a proxy town (run by Nookbay) that you can meet up with the other buyer/seller so that you know your town will not get hacked as a result of the transaction. I think I'll stick with CAGs I can trust.

Right on. My biggest concern was having people cut down trees and generally crap up my town over the WFC, but so far the CAGs I've met have been awesome! Just another example why this is the best video game board I've ever been on.
