No, it's for Canada too and doing that would be illegal in Canada.

ColdFusion is sever-side scripting language similiar to Ruby, PHP, and ASP. There's also JSP, but who really uses that? ;)

damn, none of their contests are working lately. i was going to post one for winning a psp and 5 games a few weeks ago, but i got the same error.
