I've been really itching to find a copy of this to play. I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with this game before? It's gotten decent reviews (8 from IGN and gamespot) and it looked like a fun diversion.

No clue. I was just reading a couple of old EGMs and came across a section on it. Since I finished Haunting Ground, I need a new "spooky" game.

I thought it was fun. Probably the closest we'll get to a decent Ghostbusters game.

It's a very nice looking PS2 game, but not really that scary at all. The monster/ghost designs border on totally goofy, and the character design is pretty blah.
The viocework is actually pretty good, and the story is decent... and did I mention that the graphics are really nice for a PS2 game. I would recommend the game only to horror/spooky game fans, and only if you can grab it for less than $20 ($10-15 sounds about right).

Got it for $10 at one of the numerous sales recently. Been eyeing the game since it's release. Really enjoyable experience.

I'm not planning to pay more than$15 for it. As long as it's enjoyable, I guess I'll pick it up.

Yeah, that's what I meant.... No, seriously, you're right. The Genesis Ghostbusters game was awesome. Allow me to rephrase my statement...
I thought it was fun. Probably the closest we'll get to a decent 3D Ghostbusters game.
Better?
