I just won a sealed copy on ebay for $5 shipped and the guy e-mailed me saying he wasn't sending it. So I'm done trying to get this on ebay. Whats the cheapest I can score this for? Xbox preferred but it can be for ps2 also.

I saw it at a few Best Buys not too long ago for $14.99 (could have gotten it for $9.99 w/McD coupon).
