Sucks, sucks, all three suck. Though Battle Nexus is cool because you can play as Casey Jones :)

I played the demo of Urban reign and it was fun. The combat system was pretty good, lots of moves, pretty fluid, etc.
But the "levels" (if you can call it that) are really small; it's actually more like a cramped arena. It's not free roaming. Think of it as Bouncer with better graphics and much better fighting system. No co-op but a few multiplayer options. When this game hits $20 I'm picking it up for sure.
I've played the first TMNT and it gets really repetitive and I thought it was quite hard; really gives your arms/hands a workout since you're pulling the same combos over and over. The graphics are bland especially since it's been out a few years now. Marginally better if you have someone else to play with. I picked it up again for less than $11 (check Circuit City sale) but even then I'm not sure if it's worth it considering I'll never get to it.

All three of them suck unless you can get them for $10 a piece.

In my opinion, I actually like TMNT 2: Battle Nexus. Maybe it's because I'm a huge fan of the old school TMNT, the fact that the old arcade version is unlockable adds to the nostalgia, but the camera angles hinder it's overall experience. Either way, if you have a couple of friends to play through the whole game with, it's a fun co-op game. Just don't expect to be blown away by it. Overall, worth a rental, but if you can find it cheap (new $17.99 @ Gamecrazy) or better yet used pick it up. Although it does get repetitive.

I picked up a brand new copy a few days ago at Gamestop for $19.99.

Urban Reign is by far the best of the 3. And worth $10-20 imo. It came out at the same time as Beatdown, but its sooo much better. I like the ideas in beatdown, but the execution was horrid. At least UR plays smoothly and looks good. I have no experience with the TMNT game, but Ive read that those games get worse and worse with each new release...

The second and thrid TMNT games are worth the price of admission to play TMNT Arcade and Turtles in Time.
