Get it! Chalk up another amazing, critically acclaimed game that won't sell squat! (my prediction)

sweet. I don't usually pick up OPM, but I'll have to get it for this demo.

I would rather not pick it up at all since I already know I'll be getting this game. I don't want to spoil the amazingess of it. It'll probably the last great epic on the PS2...

Not a bad idea. the first time i saw it in motion, I didn't actually play the game for an hour, I just ran around and looked at stuff. it's quite stunning and beating the demo gave me a crappy case of blue balls ;)

 I'll take that as both a good and bad thing ;)

yeah, everything about the game is nothing but impressive. Plus, being someone who values artistic and creative ideas, this game delivers alot.

WTF are they putting a playable demo of Onimusha 4 on the #102 demo disc, then putting a trailer for it on #103? Seems like filler to me.

Hopefully the Driver demo will show if it'll be a flop or a success. Cause we don't need another Driv3r screwup.

Parallel lines looks to fix things, but who knows... i hope it'snot so bad (driver 3 was pretty good in terms of the driving, but the rest of the game lacked alot).

I just watched a few more videos of the gameplay and jeeze, I just bust a nut looking at them... i bet if i play the game it's too dangeruouse to my health.

I'm a little worried since Driv3r was in development for 2-3 years and this one's out in less than 2 years, though maybe the shorter dev. time means that they didn't have as many problems as before. I look forward to the Driver demo to see how it all turned out.

 i can't wait to play the demo again...

it's cool how the background is textured like watercolor paper. gives the game an interesting look in motion.

seems like a good list of demos to keepo anyone busy. I just can't bring myself to buy a demo for a game I already know I will be getting since I want it so badly. It's like putting a candy bar infront of a baby, and then right before the kid grabs it for a bite, throw salt in his eyes...

I've been wanting Okami too long to skip the demo. Even if it's just a small taste, it's better than waiting until Summer with nothing in the meantime.

it's a tease but if it's the same as the famitsu demo, you can get a good number of hours out of it. there's a lot of space to run around in and some hidden paint brush tricks to discover. also, the battle spots respawn (there aren't any actual enemies on the overworld, they pop up and close you in an arena to fight.) the battle system is sooo much fun too-- you get a lot of freedom to do insane combos and there are some hidden uses for the paintbrush in battle too :)

get ready people (except rolento ;) )

lol. I'm sure everyone will enjoy the demo very well ;)

My only complaint with demos is they give you a very good feel of a game, but take away some of the surprise out of the full game (unless there's a major update or improvement...). But don't think of this as me saying I am against demos... in fact I think when the original Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 Demo was released I spent over 50 hours playing it... sad actually lol

i can see that. there's definitely a surprise to be had when you see just how amazing the graphics and animation are. your head might blow up the first time you see it, so wear a helmet....or something :lol;

Makes sense. I only pick up demos if a) I'm absolutely dying to try it (Okami), or b) I'm unsure of how I'll like it (RE4 and Ico both come to mind...funny, because they both ended up being two of my favorites).

wow, what a waste of money. They have a 15 minute time limit on okami....do I really need to be timed in my own home? anyone waiting behind me to play?
the two levels on it are connected in the japanese version...without the time limit of course. *sigh* oh well, can't wait until the full game comes out.

it is...nevermind about the game being spoiled, you can't even settle into the demo before it stops you.

save the 9.99.

also, this is the E3 demo...the graphics were much brighter and sharper in the japanese demo.

I hope so, cos I was sooo looking forward to this game, and I played the demo last night and it was kinda.... meh....

I had way more fun with that Samurai game demo. I forget if it was Onimusha of Genji Samurai...

Driver Parallel lines sucked. But Beatmania was fun!
