There are reverse phone directories online. Use Goggle to find them or just try googling that phone number and see what happens.
Well, according reversephonedirectory.com: "The phone number "(612) 708-2762" is a Twincities, MN based phone number and the registered carrier is Cellco Partnership Dba Verizon Wireless - Mn. Additional information for this number is not available. Please read our Search Tips below for more information." So it's a cell phone. Why not try calling back and asking who it is?
Do you want me to prank call them?

Just call this "Cellco Partnership Dba Verizon Wireless" and ask them to make sure it stops.
Document the dates and times of calls you receive - this may be useful later.
In a world where phones worked properly, you could just decline to receive calls from that number.

Just call him back at 4 am every nite. You can also use some net dialiers to make calls. The totally free ones are long gone, but u can get free ones that give like 5 minute calls each time.

Well, 4am is usually night time, and most people have unlimited night and weekend minutes. 4am is nice for the wake up factor, hopefully, he will have a job where he has to be on standby so he cant turn it off.

Its a business dba stands for doing business as.
Its probably some stupid sales pitch - just call and assuming you don't get an ignorant receptionist - ask them not to call again.
