So I ordered Mario Party 6 on 12/07/2005, but the page never said if it included a microphone or not. Well, I received it a week later and no microphone. I didn't feel like returning it because the price was decent and I had much fun with it.
Today, I noticed on their page that it does include a microphone (just added info). So I e-mail wherehouse saying if I could get a microphone, even though like 2 months has past. They replied with:
Hello,
We apologize for sending you an incomplete Mario Party 6 set with your
order #2251164.
Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement to send you. I have
contacted our Accounting Department to issue you a full refund for this
game.
Again, we apologize for the condition of your order.
Please contact us again if we can be of further assistance.

Then I received another e-mail confirming I'll be credited back on my next credit card billing statement. So, it's like getting Mario Party 6 w/o mic, FOR FREE!!
