So did I get a good deal on this?

My friends sister is moving out and is selling all her non-360 stuff. Saw these and thought they were worth picking up. Does anyone know if any of the items I listed are hard to come by?

not really, all those games have been reprinted. and the final fantasy guides still get shiped out to gamestops (at least weve gotten them recently) because of the games popularity. its still a very nice deal though.
