Phantasy Star Universe - will come out for X360 a few months after PS2
Godfather 2 - in developement should be out 2007
Bungie's next game is for XBOX Live Arcade which can be downloaded this spring
A new Geometry Wars complete with co-op play is currently in the works
F.E.A.R. - will be ported to the X360 this year
You'll be able to purchase full XBOX1 games through XBL Marketplace in the near future.

F.E.A.R. - will be ported to the X360 this year

Not a rumor at this point, this is a fact - a developer let it slip at a conference a few months back to a manager or two that I know. I can't wait to play this, as my computer runs it at around 0.1 frames a second. No, the 0.1 was not a typo.

I'm pretty sure I read that the PSU thing is confirmed as well.


All of those sound plausible except for the downloading of Xbox 1 games from Live. They better put out a 250 gig drive or larger if they are going to allow that to happen.

There's gonna be some hefty problems with that unless they let you store it on another HD via USB.

Unless they let you stream it from the marketplace while it's stored on the LIVE servers...

1. Incredibly lame. The first one isn't out yet, but looks terrible, and Coppola loathes it, which makes me even more pissed at EA. They suck, period.

That's my guess too, Marathon's always held a soft spot in their hearts, and what a better forum to release the game than on XBLA?

I'd love if F.E.A.R was ported to the 360. my computer can't handle it, and I've been dying to play more of it.

It would be awesome if 360 PSU players could play with PS2 PSU players....has anything about this been said yet?

As for FEAR being ported to the 360, thats cool for people that dont have a PC that can run it.

1. Not my bag, don't really care. The cross platform play would be a good idea for the people that are into it though.
2. 2007 is nothing to get excited about and I want to see how good/bad the first Godfather game is goingto be.

4. Seems kind of lame to make a whole new version that people will most likely have to buy again just for co-op which should have been in the first one anyway.
5. Played it on PC, but still good news. I'll rent it to compare the 2 and it's another 1000 achievement points I know I can get.
6. Fantastic idea although might be difficult to impliment (as others have said, the HD isn't very big). This will either mean a monthly subscription service kind of like that Gametap (bad), or a bigger more expensive hard drive (not bad, but not that good either).

3. This is good news - hopefully it is something cheap ($5) and addictive.

4. This is awesome news - I wonder if they are going to jack the price since the first one did so well - I'd actually like it to be sort of a $5 expansion pack for the current version of the game.

5. I don't know anything about this game yet.

6. This is good news I guess but I'm not paying more than $10 for any of them.

most of that is useless news...fear is great news...the geometry wars was sort of expected due to how popular the one on live arcade is now.

2. Eh...I'll see how the first one does.
3. Interesting....hopefully it pans out to be good
4. Yeah...I'm not the biggest GeoWars fan...it's fun though
5. Excellent news......never played FEAR, not a PC gamer

Im pretty EGM said that you can transfer your PSU characters from PS2 to 360. I would assume that both consoles can play together, PSU 360 will probably just be a prettier version graphically and everything else the same.
