Honestly, though you're using a loophole to take advantage of them, (those using the 10% off trick) I could see them letting it slide when you want to order something like Tetris DS for $3 off, but you're talking a big chunk of change when I'm nearly positive they're not making a ton of money on the system as it is. If you didn't try to get the additional 10% off then this is not towards you. Don't get me wrong either, I would have done the same thing, but don't blame them for not shipping the system that you're making them lose money on.

If you really want 10% off buy it from Target, they may not have them in stock online, but that's a sure fire 10% off no questions asked, no fine print, etc.

If they wanted to exclude items from coupon use they could whether by limiting what items the coupon could be used on or by flagging an item as "no coupons allowed". Now, Redeema, if you look back a couple posts you will see that Overstock actually shipped at least one unit out that used the coupon codes. So do you still think mine wasn't shipped because I used a coupon or because Overstock can't keep track of the chickens in their coop?

I don't know, I'm just saying that I've never had a problem with them, maybe it is an issue with them I just figured that they could care less about a few bucks lost, but you're talking a pretty big chunk on something with little to no margin on it, so they're not making a dime off the system. I give up though, I'm not trying to start a fight, I'm just trying to rationalize.

Nice. I ordered Friday around 1:00PM EST, and didn't receive a tracking notice yet. I assume they don't ship on weekends, so I'm not upset about that.
