My guess is that you have to use a CAG affiliate link (use the link in the first post or in the SHOP menu drop down in the forum header.

I was thinking the same thing, same as BB with GGC. However, shrike4242 brings up some good points plus for me, those GGC are becoming harder to find. Some of Gamestops prices are cheaper than Best Buy on certain games.
Indigo Prophecy is still $39.99 at Best Buy and they don't even stock Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories any more. Also, DMC3 SE is kindof hard to find at Best Buy, they didn't stock many copies.

Yes it also saves you the hassle of going to best buy (which is like a 30-40 min drive for me in heavy traffic) and getting there just to find out there are no more GGC's on the shelves, or the employees dont know what to do with them, or they refuse to give you the gift cards with minimal money on them.

Also saves you having to deal with the best buy employees (and other rude store employees if you choose to shop elsewhere).

Indigo Prophecy is not a point and click adventure (unfortunately in my opinion)...in terms of interface its a lot more like the 3d Lucasarts adventures...its designed for a gamepad with dual analogs, and you use analogs and buttons for different actions...for example, sweeping blood off the floor is done by moving one of the analog sticks back and forth, while picking an item up is accompished by pressing a button.

I'm not a fan of the interface, but the demo definitely showed the promise of a strong story and decent gameplay.

I'm still waiting for a 5th monkey island game and a 4th gabriel knight game.

I think I'll be waiting a while :(

Me too - mostly because I have credit to spend there and not at GS. To the guy who asked why people are jumping on the 2 for $30 deal - I wouldn't be if it were not for the credit obtained through the trade-in deals at EB last year. Now, that credit is mildly precious as it looks like we can't get any more through deals at EB. But if I can spend $30 credit to get GoW and DAH, and that credit only cost me about $15 in cash to get, I think that is sufficiently cheap-assed enough for those two games :D. Gave up waiting for the EB coupons to work. As much as I despise Gamestop.com compared to EBGames.com they have been good to me up until they charged tax. I've had good customer service mostly, easy returns (only needed twice though), and one really kick ass in store employee help me get a game on launch (while EB told me to go away because I did not preorder).

Yeah, that works fine - it is the CAG10B that doesn't combine with it :D. I fired off an email to EB about it as a last ditch attempt to save that $2.50... Good, I'll try it now. They responded to my email and said they forwarded the issue to the "web support department". I find it hard to believe this was the reason it finally got fixed though. There must have been other people who fired off emails??

EDIT - Well, I don't know if my emails had any bearing on it, but I'll take the credit, seeing as it was fixed within an hour of my contacting them :D. I just ordered God of War and Viewtiful Joe DS for $39.98 in precious EB Games credit. Both of these games are not available at Gamerush and in the case of VJ DS I could only find "display" copies at all my local EB's. Gamestop's real spotty about that, for example I got one for my first order but didn't with the second one immidiately after. Not like you'd be getting a tracking number or anything since the coupons free shipping is USPS. If you go to their page and go into the my account part though it'll show you a history of your orders. Click on the numbers and it'll show you the summary and the status. Both mine were showing up as shipped this morning after placing them last night so you should have no worries.

Alright I ordered from gamestop. I've yet to receive confirmation email. The acount I made doesn't exist anymore(first time ordering from them). It doesn't recognize the email address for if I've forgotten my acount name/pass either. The order number to track the purchase doesn't work at UPS site either.

I did print up the receipt page thankfully.

Has anyone else had problems? I'm going to email them now.....

Edit- Never mind, I checked the order tracking part on gamestop's website and mine were shiped.

Back on topic - I hope GS doesn't destroy the EB brand - because I like that EB sent me a confirmation right away after I ordered yesterday afternoon and then this morning sent a message saying both my games were shipped.

And banpeikun, hate to break this to you, but Whac-A-Mole is a clearance item at Circuit City (down to $10 or so now) and I have seen it at several locations. I hardly think it is as rare as Phoenix Wright (and I know it isn't worth squat).

Yours came USPS? Mine is scheduled for UPS delivery 5 days after shipping (so much for "3 Day Select" :D). No biggie, I wasn't planning on playing either game any time soon anyway.

Edit - I should say I ordered at EB, not GS. I guess GS uses USPS, EB uses UPS.

Anyway, I love that Gamestop hooked up CAG with this deal. I truly hope that we get more of these special codes because even though this deal is basically the same as the Gamer Gift Card at Best Buy, it is way more convenient for me since I don't have to drive to 3 different BB to find everything that I'm looking for and that I don't have to waste those precious GGC that I have left (only have 2 left in reserve). I haven't seen a GGC since this past Christmas so it looks like I'll have to make these two last a whole year. Yikes!

Got my games today. At first I thought God of War was a GH game, but then I realized it was just a sticker on the outside of the seal. I peeled that puppy off and now I have an "original" sealed GoW. Not a big deal really, but it is the little things in life that make it special :D.
