I think there are 2. Since the Special Edtion was available at GamStop and GameCrazy, they has 2 different pics. Mine (GS Version) is with Leon holding his gun up by his face and The other is almost the same but I think the chainsaw dude is in it.

My GameCrazy had extras left over, so I actually just got one for free, but I didn't get the one shown above, I got one with Leon holding up a gun and the chainsaw guy is behind him. Sorry for the shit quality, had to take it with my cell phone.
