Its a three hour time difference between the coasts, I know, and pretty much everybody else does too, because I moved to Silver Springs a month ago from Oregon. It works like this if you use PST as the Base time zone: Mountain time = +1 hour, Central Time = +2 hours, and EST = +3 hours
