Ohhh, my heart skipped a beat when I first read that.

I didn't catch "PC" the first time - I thought it was $37.99 for the 360 version.

I'm 90% sure this will be the in-store price come March 20th.

I'd like to get this game, but I'm concerned it might be the first game I can't run on my system. They say it supports a 6800 GeForce card and I've got a 6600 GT in a computer with a Pentium D processor. Do you think it will run okay on that? My sytem runs newer games like FEAR, HL2 and CoD2 just fine...

Not shabby at all. The cheapest shipping for me (Ground) is $6.50 which is kinda pricy, but $44.49 is better than $50+tax. Though I was planning on going nuts and getting the collector's edition which is $60+tax... Buuuuuuut this is a fair amount cheaper.

Huh, and since I'm chomping at the bit to get Oblivion and don't wanna wait, next day shipping only bumps it up to $9.64, so $47.63 total with next day shipping. I think I can live without the few collector's edition widgets for $15 less and getting it relatively at the same time. Think I'll probably order one. Thanks!

And this was posted before, but they had bumped the price back up. I guess they lowered it again though.

There actually was one. They were allowing pre-orders of the Collector's Edition for 360 for $50 each. I myself snagged one, but just received an email from them cancelling my order without specifying a reason.

There goes the only reason I ever found to do business with this company.

Horsepower-wise, you're fine. Unless there's something driver-specific on the 6800 and up cards Oblivion requires, anything that runs FEAR should run this as well.

EDIT: The Oblivion FAQ (http://www.elderscrolls.com/games/oblivion_faq.htm) has requirements posted, and the 6600 series is listed as compatible, so you're good to go.
