Dosen't it typically go for about $20ish sealed on eBay though and this is an extreme case here? I passed this up at $10 at TRU since I have way too many games, have the demo with this game and would really only be buying it just to add to the collection since it's not very common to find it sealed nowadays

Edit - I guess the sealed ones have gone up abit over the last few months I did see one other new copy that went for $40 BIN while afew months ago I seem to recall seeing afew new copies go for about $20-25

Holy cow man. That game isn't rare. Heck I can find that game pretty easily and pay maybe 25$ most sealed.

Heck a mom and pop store alone where I live has like 8 unsealed copies for 10 bucks. 1 sealed for 20
