Don't get your hopes up. It seems some stores are marking this as a $39.99 game. I think TRU was one of them.

Edit: What is the TRU normal price of Tales of Phantasia? Some places have it for $34.99, but others have it for $29.99. I just got it at Best Buy for $29.99 - 10% off coupon.

How long is this $10 off last until?

Most places have some buyer protection plan, just bring in your receit and tell them what happened and they should give you diference.
