Psp Swap???

It's worth a try...I just bought a PSP Value Pack recently, but found out it had the 2.01 firmware installed in it. I was hoping to see if anyone out there was willing to trade or swap my PSP for a PSP that has the firmware 2.0 or lower? I can through in some extra $$$ to sweeten the deal. Or if anyone knows of a program to downgrade the firmware to 1.5. The PSP is in excellent condition with no marks or dead pixels. Thanks in advance.

You can downgrade, if you're doesnt have dead pixels... just do that.

Also, the emulators arent worth giving up the good games for anymore.

All the sites I've been to said I'm basically stuck because of the version of my firmwarel If you know of any programs that will downgrade this firmware, please help me. Thanks.

NOPE, You can only downgrade if your firmware is 2.00 or lower.
However, you can run emulators on all version (but iso is still restricted to firmware 1.5).

You need GTA:LC to run emulators on it though 2.0+.
As for finding someone willing to give up a 1.5, I think it's not likely.
You could always try returning the one you got and go the ebay route.
