As I'm scared as hell to enable podcasting because I'm afraid that it will download onto my Ipod and then overwrite and try to Sync up with it, thus removing all of the music that i had put it on, so i turn to good ol' CAG. Write now I have that one function of managing my songs individually set so nothing will over write or sync up to it since I don't have any music in my library anyway. But really, I need some straight forward instructions on how to set it up through Itunes (preferably another program if there is one) and so that it will update automatically each week with the podcasts that I want with out overwriting anything else.

Itunes isn't the only method of getting podcasts, you know. There's plenty of software out there.

I wouldn't mind some help in this department as well. If you know other methods or other pieces of software, then why didn't you post some of it.

I use Juice. It's open source, too.

Cool I'll try that out then. I'm safe to assume I hope that it is easier to use than Itunes and will not overwrite my song/mp3 database or anything right?
Juice is awesome. Is there anyway that it can transfer it directly to your Ipod?

You can pick any folder to dump the podcasts into.
