Here's the entertainment software listings from the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Houston (HOU), Chicago (IL), Los Angeles/Orange County (LA), San Jose/Silicon Valley (SJ), and Washington state (WA) Fry's Ad(s). These prices are valid only for the dates listed in the subject line.

The items listed below are as they appear in the Fry's Ads. If an item is listed as "SJ only", for example, it could still be on sale at other locations (i.e. - Austin, Sacramento, San Diego, AZ, GA, IN, NV, OR), but it only appeared in the SJ ad. However, since these ads are not available online, I cannot confirm them.

If anyone knows of a website to view any further ads, please let me know.

Only $5 off on Oblivion and only SJ listed? I am very disappointed with Fry's right now.

Boo Fry's. How could they. Retail on Metroid Prime Hunters and no deal on Tetris DS. For shame. They better have come up with something for tomorrow and the weekend.

BTW Elder Scroll for XBOX at the IL Frys in Lombard is $44.99. Just a heads up for anyone around that area.

I can definitely back up this statement, as I just arrived home awhile ago from the IL Fry's with Oblivion in hand on the cheap for 44.99+tax. I really had no intention of getting Oblivion (went to get Metroid Hunters & Tetris for DS, and Katamari for PSP, got 2 out of 3--no Katamari yet), but the 44.99 sale sign under Oblivion (and the glowing reviews) made me say what the heck.

Very strange for Fry's not to advertise this discount in today's Sun-Times, though. My guess is that the price will hold through the weekend and be advertised in Friday's ad, but who knows. Fry's has the power to price, not me.

Wow, Fry's is really dropping the ball on us so far. This sucks, I was really pulling for some type of a deal on MP:H or Tetris DS. Thanks fido still.

I dont think their dropping their ball. Theres no reason in my eyes to make a loss leader of a game that so many people want.

a lot of times i walk into Fry's and see stuff on special that's not in the ad, especially new release games....

they have a way of pleasantly surprising me. :)
