I recently got a Hauppauge Win-TV 150. I am loving it right now.
I have an extra external one that I used use. (doesn't need computer to use hooks directly up to any monitor). I mainly used it to hook up gaming systems to my lcd. PM me if interested.
BTW I think I got my internal one for around $50 shipped?
Oh yeah the internal one didn't come with a remote but the external does have one.

I too use the Hauppauge 150. It is working great. I got mine from newegg.com.

Hauppauge makes good products.
Try and find one with hardware MPEG encoding. If it doesn't, it'll tie up the CPU when its in use.
