Please elaborate. Is this a Sams Club only release? So you get Mythologies 1-4 for $69 ? I cant find anything online about this release.

Yes its a Sam's Club only release. They had them on the shelf last Tuesday and when I went to go get it yesterday they got pulled becuase of the release date on it it wasn't til this up coming Tuesday. Also 1-4 you get. I can't remember which one's are 1-4 but I remember seeing "Colonization" in the pack. My Sam's only had 2 of these also.

"The Gunman" as written in the OP or..."The Lone Gunmen".... If it's the latter I'm definitely snagging a copy. But my Sam's Club is a little out of the way for me to go check and be disappointed.

It's really not a hope thing. They should have gotten these at every single Sam's Club locations.

Boo-urns. I went to the Sam's Club on East Colonial in Orlando, and they didn't have any of the listed titles. Their assortment of DVD's and CD's seemed smaller than the other Sam's Club back home, but I don't think the potential of cheap Lone Gunmen is worth a few hundred miles of driving.

I decided against the X-Files Mythologies set. I think I would rather just buy a few more seasons instead.
Oh, and the Lone Gunmen is the title on the one set, I will change it.

I may get The Lone Gunmen for thje hell of it, if I have the cash in a few weeks. That deal on the Shield is a few bucks cheaper than it was for them at BB on black Friday. Can't complain though, have all of them, and that show is so friggin addictive...

What is millenium, and wonderfalls about? I picked up arrested development and firefly over the weekend. It was pretty tight too since my mom took me there to buy me a few bulk college supplies (propel, fruit2O, granola bars) and she said I had 50 bucks to spend, and since I was under that food wise she bought me the said dvds and just told me to rake the yard next time Im home. Lol, I love parents.

i see... least I found out you are NOT the asshole that hides the sale dvds on me. I literally found 30 dvds in a pile in the candy aisle all of which were the 17.88 dvds as well as the oc back when they had them for that price. I think I made the person who was saving those mad for putting them back where they belonged and buying 1 arrested development and 1 firefly. I knew he was hiding the dvds since it was under a bunch of bags of candy.

Seconded, thirded, and fourthed by me. \\:D/
Wish that Walmart had something like this as I wouldn't mind picking up "The Shield" Season 1 for that price as I've never gotten to see the show yet I keep hearing a lot of good things about it.
I got dark Angel Season 2, Wonderfalls, and Lone Gunmen. Might go back for Millenium if anyone can tell me what it is about and if it is any good.

Millenium is about how they all think the world is going to end when the millenium arrives(like the y2k bug and whatnot) Nostradamus predicted it so it will happen etc
I really was pretty disappointed in millenium. But Lone gunmen complete series for $18 is good, as is the shield season 2.

BZZZT..... wrong. But thanks for playing.
A former FBI profiler moves his family from Washington DC to Seattle, where he joins the Millenium Group, a mysterious organization of former law enforcement officers, committed to battling a crime wave which grows as the turn of the millenium approaches.
As the series progressed - especially during the second season - we start to learn more about The Millennium Group's hidden agendas and all sorts of ties they have into the past 1,000 years from strange artifacts to Mary Magdalene's descendants. It is in my opinion one of the best season's in TV history.
To say a show like this is "about how they all think the wrold is going to end when the millenium arrives"... obviously you didn't get it.

If i recall there were actually two groups who were preparing for the end of the world. One thought the shock wave from some star that went Supernova was going to kill us all in like 2017(how they knew it was comeing before the light reached us is beyond me). and I can't quite remember what the other group thought. Been a while since i've seen it but even the stand alone episodes were pretty good usually.

Gonna have to look through this thread so it has been tagged. I've already gotten Wonderfalls (I don't remember who, but I know that some CAG (I think the one with the owl avatar) recommended it and it sounds interesting), Lone Gunmen (finally), and Dark Angel Season 2 (needed it to complete the show). I'm really thinking of getting Arrested Development net and maybe Millenium if after I look through this thread and see what everyone has bought and what they say.
The only decent deal the sam's closest to me had was Sanford and Son season 1 and 2 for 19.99.
