I have a few O&A bits that I want the boys to sound drunk (slowed speech but no change to pitch) and I've tried audicity and it sounds horrible when I slow the tempo down.. Any advice?

Well poop. I was about to pop in here and say "Audacity," but now I guess I'll have to actually think. Maybe Goldwave? It's not free, but there's a 1000-clicks trial if I remember right.

Any other products other than Goldwave and Audacity?

I don't edit audio much and Audacity works fine for me. I'd just Google it (free audio editor).
