Good media player...

I love using iTunes... I used to use WinAmp but iTune's organizational and multiple playlist (on the left side bar) features won me over. Not to mention the ability to convert old music videos into .mp4s and have them play through the player. But there's one thing I don't like... it's resource usage. It's slow and power hungry.

Is there a better alternative to iTunes? I've seem some WinAmp users with multiple playlists but I have no idea how that works.

I really hate to tell you this but iTunes might be the best music player you'll find. Its video components are substandard, requiring the use of Quicktime. WMP is much better for video files though, if u have a huge library, its audio portions are only decent, offering substandard browsing features. I would stick to iTunes, unless u use a non-iPod MP3 player.
