It's free, but you have to put up games of your own for "SwitchBucs", which you can then use to "buy" other peoples stuff. Just watch the FAQ flash movie, it'll explain it. Pretty cool if you ask me.

I've just started using this and even though there isn't much of a selection from other users yet, it does work...

Nah, I just got the new King Kong movie for 25 "switchbucks" which it got from trading in shitty movies :-)

Is there some sort of validation that you really get your stuff? What if a DVD sent to you is lost in the mail? (Sorry too lazy to look for myself and the link in the OP is either bad or the site is down for me ATM.)

Well, I don't think there really is validation about receiving stuff, the site is fairly new and has a bunch of flaws as far as I've seen. But, I suppose delivery confirmation would suffice...
