This should be at all Best Buy stores. I noticed this last night, I just remembered now, and I just double checked it on their website to make sure it wasn't YMMV. Only the Playstation 2 version has dropped, and NOT the Xbox version... not sure why.
$25 after GGC isn't so bad, I enjoyed the game for the $20 I paid.
