Devil May Cry 3:Special Edition has a search function for the PS2 forum ;-) there's a big thread about it there, but you'd be better off checking gamespot, IGN or gamefaqs for a full list.

Check the thread mentioned above and just know that the Special Edition is the way to go. It's $20 and has more than enough extras over the original to warrant that money.
