Anyone get Robot Chicken Season 1?

I just returned my copy because it had a scratches on it and would get stuck on the 6th episode. After opening this copy I got from the return it has a deep scratch on the inner part of the disc.

Anyone else get a defective one?

Mine works just fine, maybe someone dropped the shipping box the store's shipment came in?
