The XL's are a decent size. If you look at my trip to VGD thread, you can see what an XL looks like. I'm 6'3" 230lbs with a 38" waist for those of you who need a clearer perspective.

I think I'm going to wait in the hopes that a white one will come out soon, I hate black shirts they show every piece of lint on them and they are way too hot for the Cali summer.

Finally got mine yesterday. It's a really nice shirt. I've been wearing it today while trekking back and forth across campus.

I picked one up. I was very impressed with the quality of the T-Shirt. I also have a siberian husky who does nothing but shed - its simply his job.
But it is well worth it. I have even washed/dried it and can report no shrinkage.
I highly recommend it.
