Microsoft being sued over Xbox 360

Yup you read it right, Lucent sued M$ on what they claim the software giant infringe on technologies used inside the Xbox 360.

This could be big, if this holds up, are we going to see a halt in X360 sales, like the lawsuit that Sony is currently dealing with.
