-Ranked live games causing a freeze or crash

-Player match games now show the other players aiming aid level

-Default time for ranked mode games was changed to 60 seconds

-When a timer expires in a live game the following player has ball in hand

-Shot panel now shows the buttons that must be held down to activate the various features (english, spin, power)

-200 games achievement now given away when 200 games are played instead of won (this is inline with the description now)

-Single player leaderboards cap the display to hours now instead of a single hour

-Music tracks would not sync to defaults when a client quit (in certain conditions)

-3D camera modes (so this is only a 2D game, right?)

The 3D modes are accessed via the D pad during gameplay:

Up: Reverts to the top view camera

Down: Static camera (zooms out from location of shot)

Left: Dynamic camera (follows action)

Right: Cue ball camera (use the left analog stick to rotate around the cue ball and zoom in / out)

This took a lot longer to release then to assemble, so thanks for hanging in there!"

I thought the 3D mode was pretty cool. I thought it was there the whole time and I just never realized it.

Also, if anyone wants some easy points, I'm pretty sure if you start 200 games and quit them a second later you get the acheivement.

Anybody having trouble DL this? It signs me out to DL the update and then it does not DL the update and will not sign back onto XBL unless I shut my 360 off and back on.

As a player who had 200 wins, I'd like to protest the change to 200 games played for the Achievement.

As a rational human being, I guess I don't care about the switch. :)

3D mode is great. I'd like to see more of the XBLA games get great updates like this. Hell, I'd like to see most regular XBL games get great updates like this!

I was playing last night and accidently switched to 3D view as well. I thought it was there forever too. :lol: Pretty funny. Thanks for the info moojuice

As much as I don't really like this game since the computer kicks my ass 9 times out of 10, I'm glad that some people are willing to provide substantial updates to "meaningless" games, it builds confidence for those who buy this stuff.

I loved this game when I first got it. They still need to make it where you can jump a ball though. Nice update otherwise though. Have to check it out later.

I played this last night and noticed the update before I booted up. However I noticed no difference when I played. I must not have pressed the right button to get into 3D mode. Hey how do you adjust your shot to shoot lightly? The A button is not pressure sensitive so how do you shoot with less force?

I believe it's the Y button to adjust the power of the shot.
X button to adjust the angle of your cue stick (btw, does this even do anything? I tried to angle it up and do a jump shot, but it was useless)
B button to change where you hit the cue ball (to add English)

I dont believe that jumping is an option but moving the angle of the shot does make the ball act differenly. It will curve and come back boomerang style depending on how you do it. I'm still a noob at this. I still love pool though even though im not that great at it.

It came up automatically for me. Just be logged on to XBL and it should prompt you. If not, try re-installing it or play a game use the D-PAD to see if it changes to 3D camera, try up, down, left, right, if it works, that means you got it already.

Too bad this update didn't contain a patch to make the game fun! Burn!!!! meh, I tried the demo and I didn't really like it... but I only played it 2 or 3 times...

Perhaps. I unlocked the full game on Sunday I think...so this could be possible.

I finally got the update to work and it's much more fun to play now. Having the game actually look like what a 360 Arcade game should look like helps tremendously. I haven't played on Live yet with it, but I think I might start soon, since the computer does make some redculous shots some times.
