The four trade-in games are subject to the standard exclusion list - it's fairly lengthy, but a basic rule of thumb is that any used game EB sells for less than $12 is probably on it; i.e. Dark Cloud, Deus Ex, Devil May Cry, Maximo:Ghosts to Glory, Guilty Gear X, Silent Hill 2.

Burnout 2 Producer's Cut (XBox)
Haven (PS2)

I know that the last one will be excluded but what about the others? It would be awfully swell if you put up the whole list. Would Smuggler's Run: Warzones (GC) be accepted?

Smuggler's Run is excluded, as is Haven. The other two are fine though.

I brought in 9 games; Rallisport Challenge, Metal Gear Solid 2, not really cheap stuff and they wouldn't take any of them. They have more POX games than PO ones.

Forget thsi deal.

the deal kind of stinks. If your games go over 40 dollars, the deal doesn't work. The only way it helps out is if you have good GH titles.

How much would I have to pay for FSW?

If EB won't take those, then I reccomend bringing them to an FYE store. Full Spectrum Warrior will eventually be available there since it's a mainstream release and you'll have enough credit/cash to at least get that game (Haunted Mansion and Terminator 3 were $15 each last week when I turned them in).

I called an EB store earlier and gave them a list of games I'd trade in for the deal but only one of them was valid.

I attempted to trade in Amped, Phantasy Star Online, SSX Tricky and Turok all for Xbox. They said they would only take PSO. I told him to go F himself. There is no deal here. You would end up trading in games that would be worth more the $40 because they exclude so many titles.
