I just got the box and its been fine but damn that back panel is hot enough to bake cookies. Does anyone have this thing and how well does it work? Does it make any loud noises?

I got mine today. So far it keeps the xbox nice and cool. Just snap it on and plug your 360 power cord in the back of the unit.
