Is XBOX Live disconnecting for you guys right now too?
I keep getting disconnected but I know I still have access to the internet so its not my ISP. Are you guys having the same problem?

You have to keep the LAN cable plugged in. Its not like a one time thing.

I didnt say I disconnected it. I know how it works. Just wondering if the XBL servers are down or having issues thats all.

did you seriously just say that? but no xbl is working fine for me right now past 8 hours as well

Thanks to those of you who were nice. I dont understand it, its not my cat5 cable either because I'm connected to my PC and I can listen to my custom soundtracks when it disconnects. This happened to me all day yesterday too. I guess I'll have to ride it out.

Damn, there sure are some non-helpful SA's here.
Anyways, I've been having the same probs as you the last couple of days...my live connection goes out, but the other connections on my home network are good.
It's probably a server side thing with MS. I wouldn't be too worried about it (for now, anyways)...hope this helps.

I've had brief periods in the past where my entire network was fine and yet Live was having trouble keeping me online. It's usually temporary but if it persists for the next day or so try giving Microsoft a call and giving them a heads-up as to the situation.

The missus was playing Tomb Raider earlier and it kicked her off on two different occasions.

I've had the same problem twice tonight... got disconnected while playing but still had access to the internet on my pc....

Played halo uninterrupted today, but the other day adding MillerTime to my friends list was the last thing my 360 did. I bought another 360 at EB today.
