Children of Mana US release confirmed?

I was reading through some IGN articles today, and come across this little quote in an overview of the Children of Mana import:

After all, Children of Mana is already confirmed for a U.S. release
So either Mark Bozon and IGN know something that we don't, they're very confused, or we missed this announcement somewhere.
