What do you think about the game "Cold Fear"?

I'm not entirely sure what too think about this game. I just popped it in my Xbox for the first time last night and at first it seemed pretty cool at first. The graphics are great, so was the atmosphere.

The problem I have is when I got to the first gun fight, I didnt care for the control scheme at all. Aiming and shooting seemed awkward. I'm not sure if any of you had this bad first impression too....I'm hoping the rest of the game gets better.



By the way, I never played any of the Resident Evil games and I heard this is a R.E. clone. So I am not familiar with the control scheme in those games..

I picked it up used at the last b2g1 and only threw it in long enough to see if it worked. It did look good, but your right, the shooting was kinda iffy. Im hoping its something that you get used to as you play.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Its seemed like a completely bone-headed move on the part of the company who made this game. I dont understand why combat is so sloppy. Silent Hill 2 had a sloppy combat system but at least the creatures are not shooting you
